Newly available is the facility to make relevant payments on-line which is quick, safe and secure using PayPal, credit or debit cards. NOTE: As Paypal charge us a fee, this is being passed onto you so all payments via Paypal will include the administration fee.
Dinner/Dance & Awards Evening Tickets
Be sure to add in your ‘Group Name’ (maybe your Family name) and the name of the person that the ticket is required for when making the payment so we can ensure that we match up your details with the meal and menu form that should be submitted separately. Simply download, print, complete and hand in your meal and menu form, alternatively download the form and save it to your computer, then complete, save and e:mail a copy using the e:mail link below.

Tickets may be booked and paid for on-line using PayPal or credit card. A separate meal and menu form must be downloaded, completed and handed in so that meal selections may be attributed to the on-line payment received. 2014 Pit Space Reservation
Enter your preferred pit space choice by using the numbers shown on the pit space map on the web site. Please provide a first and second choice. Every attempt will be made to grant spaces as requested however as this is an ever changing picture with requests being received both on-line and via the office it may not always be possible.

Pit spaces for 2014 may be reserved for race day use at £80 (£83.03 via PayPal) Payment may be made on-line using PayPal or credit card.A separate pit space map and booking form may be downloaded for review. Once completed it should be handed in to the office so that on-line payments may be matched to the reservation and the map updated. If you have had a reserved spaces in 2013 then you have first refusal on using the same spaces for 2014.
